    Great article as usual – sent it off to a guy from my residency who is currently facing abusive practices, particularly the myth of “approved evaluations” without recourse to an independent third party evaluation, leading inevitably to a steady source of unearned income for these overpriced programs so dependent on the PHP system as a source of vastly inflated fees retrieved by threat from vulnerable physicians.

    I questioned the Php director about why he was sending me for certain testing and he THEN turned around and said I have to go for the good old 4 day eval. Wow. I can’t even have a simple reasonable discussion without little hitler feeling so threatened he had to punish me. Sickening.
